If you desire fresh pasta made just for you, go where the pizza is and fill out a pasta card. The have the staples.mashed taties, veggies, roasted veggies, rice, etc. The have these amazing GIGANTIC Rotisserie type ovens with rotating meats, ribs, chicken, steaks OH MY. (NO dollar store crap.) The meat station. All fresh ingredients & the dressings are solid. The salad bar rocks & staff will chop it if you prefer. YUM! Crablegs are fresh & delish! I like to go near the pizza/Italian station and grab some of the granulated garlic, put that and fresh squeeze of lemon into the butter dish & dip all of my seafood in.
Right now, we both agree, Harrah's Buffet #1 !!!!! The Salmon, 9 out of 10 times is perfect, moist & delish!!! If the wrong person is on the station, she may burn it a little or overcook, but if you complain, she'll pull out a fresh piece and you can start over.
We switch from time to time regarding our favorite and usually never agree. Delish! Ok, we are big foodies & do the buffets in AC quite often.
